Remember that this table top is not granite. I am using this in a rental and serves the reason. The table is very sturdy. The chairs are good. They actually hold my husband’s weight of 205 lbs., easily. I don’t understand how a lot more I'd chance on them though. There were to wrinkle flaws on two of these chairs as observed in the pictures. For the price, though, and the purpose I need it for....I am pleased for the price.

This set is very heavy and well-crafted. My son and grandson put it together without any problems. I looks beautiful in my kitchen. I really like the raised grain on table top.

I am very happy with this dining set. It appears like more expensive than what I paid. Assembling was pretty easy and it didn’t take enough time. You will be more happy once you assemble the set. I want to first say that I am not the tallest nor the smallest women ever made. This stool was just what I necessary for my wall mounted vanity (also purchased on Wayfair). I’m approximately 5”4 about 320lbs and I was skeptical relating to this stool so I waited awhile to observe how good it held up before submitting a review. I am elated to report its still as strong as the day I received it. The assembly was a walk in the park and cleaning it with a damp lightly mild soaped towel should suffice. Hope you love yours as much as i love mine. Happy shopping!
